Mike - I saw a labradoodle on craigslist about a week ago - I'm inserting the link, http://fortmyers.craigslist.org/pet/1138891388.html. If you have trouble getting to it just go to the Fort Myers craigslist "pet" section. The ad indicated they are located in North Port. I emailed them and asked them to consider a rescue organization such as idog.biz if they don't find the dog a home. Haven't heard from them. Good luck on finding the right "dood".

We are looking to rescue a doodle so Lucy has a little bro/sis. Any one have any thoughts on a rescue or group to look to? Have not had much luck at the humane society.

Hey Terri and Tampa Bay area Doodles. We braved the trip down to St. Petersburg, FL Fort DeSoto. They have a dog beach, off leash, a nice fenced in park, shower areas. It is great! I did not see another doodle though. I was wondering when the next romp will be. We have been visiting the dog park off of Sligh and Anderson lately.

Anyone take their doodle to the dog beach on Hutchinson Island (Treasure Coast area) ? We have been twice...one of the few designiated dog beaches. Haven't seen any doodles...lots of goldens that our puppy loves to play with. If anyone wants to meet up at the beach that lives close by let us know.

Hi, We live in Wellington and would love to meet local doods too. We are members of the South Florida & North Palm Beach doodle meetup groups. There is a romp tomorrow @ 10 am in Jupiter @ ocean cay beach. Not sure where that is tho.
