Sandy, you could try airbnb.com. I use them on vacation. You have the choice to either rent a room in someones home or to rent the whole house while they are away. Its usually a lot cheaper than a hotel.

Does anyone living in the Jacksonville area know of a monthly rental close to Mayo Clinic? A dear friend was recently admitted (very ill) and diagnosed with lupus. Her husband & kids need a place to stay. They are currently staying at a hotel which is very expensive. If you know of any places I can call please pm me. Thank you so much.

Our doodle Daisy swims a lot and we use a swim/life vest called Ruffwear. I researched quite a bit and found this particular vest to be the most well liked. It doesn't constrict the dog when swimming and is very easy to put on using Velcro.

Hi, my name is Mary and our doodle is Daisy. She is 11 mos old and is a mini weighing around 30 lbs. She has been the best dog and has stolen our hearts! Hi Everyone does anyone live by Port St. Lucie? Now that the weather is getting cooler Mya and I are up for beach romps.  If anyone lives in and around this area and wants to romp or walk let me know :)

Sarah - thanks for the info about the meetup group in Winter Park.  I know we must have some Orlando-area doodles here!!!  (Not me, I'm down by Ft Myers)....
