That is such a cute picture of your 4 yo with Barker. Looks like he is saying, "I will get your blanket for you" ....I bet he loves his puppy. Hey, I love Barkers color, is he a mini?

We were blessed with a visit from our 4 out of town grandchildren to add to the 2 that live near us. It was difinately a full house with 6 kids and 2 doodles! We got some great photos of some of the kids and a few of the whole bunch together.

Hello to everyone! I loved the idea of this group, so here Rue and I are. I'll try to post a picture if/when possible. I work in early education and Rue comes to work with me everyday. She's adored children from the first day I brought her to work at 10 weeks. I sometimes thinks she believes she is either a child or the children are little puppies, because she often mimics and usually follows them around. She attempts to climb up playground slides (and the little ones she succeeds at) and even gets up on the taller equipment. She has this uncanny ability to figure out which child needs a kiss, or a hug, or a ball brought to them to be the one "Rue wants to play" fetch with. Doodles and kids = many laughs.

When we first went to see Jack at the shelter, we were sitting on the floor in a little room where they brought him to meet us. It was only two days since he had been dumped there by his original owners, and he had also been neutered the day before, poor guy, so he was kind of shell-shocked. He walked into the room, looked around, and then walked over to my grandson, laid down on the floor beside him, and put his head in his lap.
I was a goner.

I agree.. the kids are so cute... Especially Alex,... I think he looks like your sister!
