Absolutely, positively best hot spot meds I've ever used -- Natural Care/Veterinarian's Best Hot Spot Spray. It comes in a pump spray -- ingredients are Tea tree oil, Chamomile and aloe vera. My newfie used to get terrible hot spots and this stuff works wonders. It's also good for everyday dermititis, bug bites, etc. It's available at PetsMart. They also make a wonderful ear cleaner - Ear wash & dry. Connor finally got rid of his itchy ears after using it. :-)

I like Seargent's Vetscriptions Hot Spot Skin Remedy. It's thicker and non stinging. I get it at my supermarket, but I'm sure a Petco/smart would have it.

I Adopted Your Pet Today...
The one you left at the pound.
The one you had for ten years
And no longer wanted around.
I adopted your pet today...
Did you know that he's lost weight?
Did you know he's scared and depressed
And seems to have lost all faith?
I adopted your pet today...
He had fleas and a little cold.
Guess you don't care what shape he's in ?
You abandoned him I am told.
I adopted your pet today...
Were you having a baby or moving away?
Did you suddenly develop allergies,
Or was there NO reason he couldn't stay?
I adopted your pet today...
He doesn't play or even eat much.
I guess he's very sad inside
And It'll take time for him to trust.
I adopted your pet today...
And here he is going to stay.
He's found his FOREVER home
And a warm bed in which to lay.
I adopted your pet today...
And shall give him all that he will need?
Patience, love, and security,
So he can forget your selfish deed.

Deb, it may have slipped down in the discussions here. Do a search for "Almost Heaven" under "Forum" up above, and you should see them; I think all three were started by Jacquie & Lynne.
And we do have the info in the DRRC, as well.

It must be the sleep deprevation, but I have looked over the main page several times and can't seem to find the discussions about where to contribute (but I figured that was on DRCC main pg) and where to find adoption information. :-/

Also, most of them are mediums and minis...Skip likes to cram as many dogs as he can into small spaces, and miniature poodles take up much less space than Standards, Labs, or Goldens.

i figured that was an alternative as well. :-)

Most of the doodles out of AH have been F1B's; doodles bred back to poodles.
