Yes, our wacky doodle often rides with us in our convertible. However, he has a tether. He usually just lies down in the back seat until we stop.
Has anyone taken your doodle in a convertible? Would the wind bother the eyes?

It reminds me of the question I wanted to ask: what do you take with you on day trips? Do you use the belt that plugs into the seat belt receptacles, or do you travel with a crate? What have you found indispensable when traveling? I've taken Ruffie for a few short trips already ... what a good laid-back boy! I put a large adult bed pad down on the seat.
I have an Astro Van, which was perfect for transporting harps, and now is good for transporting a larger dog with supplies.
Suzy....if I didn't know better, I'd swear you got into my computer and stole a photo of Maggie sleeping on my bed!!!! That is freaky! Identical!
