After a lot of surgery, Latka may be returning home soon. He had swallowed two squeakers and the lodged in the wall of his small intestine. It is still touch and go,but today he had a bit of ice cream. I am going to see if I can get sponsorship of a law making it mandatory for all squeakers to have a strip that makes them identifiable to xrays. Please let me know if you would care to support this cause.

You seriously mean that she "quit" our group?  And the entire DK too??  Wow, I guess she thought she had a few suckers in her clutches.  No way would I do any more than $100!

WHAT????  Seriously?  I figured it would be about $100 for each person since that would be paying her $500 per class and she wouldn't even be grooming our dogs.  When did she say it was $1600?  I taught myself a lot just on YouTube videos searching around, but was willing to pay $100 for a more personal workshop.  

Crimanees.  I only pay $65 twice a year to clean up my bad scissor jobs on Kona, so there is no way I'm paying $1600!!!!

Did I miss the $1600 per price tag post? Holy Crap! Stu was saying it sounded like she wanted to write off her trip as a business expense. She certainly wasn't coming soley for us!

$1600 plus travel expenses?! Yeah, definitely not for me. I think I agree with you Nancy, I'm sure anyone would love a little vacation to So Cal with our seemingly perpetual spring/summer. :)

Nancie, you do such a great job on Gracie, you are a role model for how those (if they had the god-given talent with scissors which you obviously do and I so obviously don't)  who want to learn to groom their dood with skill and finesse!  Hmm what could you to with $1,600.00 x 5 plus travel expenses????

Good point Nancy!!!  Like you said I know most of it.  I was just looking for tips on easier or quicker ways to do it and possibly a new "tool" that I don't have...ha ha!

Guys forget the groomer.  I think she just wants a vacation in sunny So. Cal.  She wants big bucks and travel expenses!!!!!  I am sure if you all wanted to learn how to groom (Nancie you already do a fabulous job on Gracie) and wanted to pay, you could find someone here for waaaaaay less than this lady wants per person.  We don't even really know if she is who she says she is, and if she is a groomer, we don't know if she does an acceptable job, and if she does an acceptable job, we don't know if she knows how to teach (believe me when I tell you teaching is part skill, and part god-given talent and not everyone can teach!).
