Ozzy Bob loves the water so much that he gets in the shower with me EVERY NIGHT.  I try not let him get too wet, but he usually gets his face wet while brushing his teeth! lol

Oh wow, I can't imagine but Gracie Doodle would love to come hang out in your pool. Maybe if the others see her they might want to join in!! hee hee

Recently we took the doodles to a park near us where they could get in the creek. Zeke was a little wary and didn't get in much deeper than his belly but Lily was up to her shoulders and dunking her head under the water playing. Neither one of them swam, maybe next time!

We took Annie hiking up at Red Top Mountain in Georgia. She loved it we described it as Disney world for dogs. LOL!!!!! There was lots of fallen logs that Annie loved jumping, there is a lake with beaches, and lots of leaves for Annie to play in. There was a " Leaf Storm" . Annie tried to catch all the leaves. We saw lots of dogs , and Annie loved seeing them. We took her down to the beach to see if she liked water and......... SHE LOVED IT AND
WOULDN'T GET OUT. We finally got her out and she was exhausted ( the hike all together was 6 or more miles). We had to go to the Dog Spa for an emergency groom ( and a blueberry facial and massage,might I add). The lady there was soooo nice she stayed pass hours just to get Annie groomed.

Hi, Gracie Doodle and I just joined the group. We don't have a swimming pool but we have a kiddie pool from Toys R Us that Gracie loves. She has a pool party almost every weekend in our backyard. We have at least 7 dogs at any given time playing ball in the backyard and jumping in and out of the pool. Gracie loooooves water!!! She stands in her water bowl, lays down and dumps in onto her chest and tummy. Dunks her tennis balls in a bucket of water and bobs like she is bobbing for apples. Loves the ocean and will swim for hours as long as there is a tennis ball in site! When we walk she will dive into lawn sprinklers and roll around. Gracie is basically always wet!!! Oh dear! Mitzi tore her toe nail climbing out of the pool on the ladder today. Maybe it was not
a good idea to permit her to get out in this manner. Perhaps her toe nails were too long, at any
rate we will have to be much more careful, and will try to block the ladder from her use.
I am mentioning this in case any one else decides to teach their dog to climb out in this manner.
