My family thinks I have become obsessed with doodle. But I feel I am a very special person because I owe a doodle and in January will have 2 doodles.

But I do want to thank you for making all our new members feel at home here...you ROCK! I'm going to go back to the oldest new members who I've missed welcoming and do a few a day and hopefully catch up. I WANT To say hi to everyone. I'll try to take it slow--you can see I CAN NOT stay away for long. Looking into voice recognition software which will really be the only way to rest my wrists and arms. In the meantime I'll be careful and will continue to do only a little a day.

Comment by Adina P on September 15, 2008 at 1:03pm: Thanks so much for welcoming people so kindly while I was away! I think the worst of the non-doodle people members is over...for now =) In the future if there is a great sudden influx of people who are here to be "naughty" I may add in some temporary greater security measures...but that comes at a price too. Keep me posted about BEHAVIOR -- because simply being "weird" (which is subjective) without doing anything wrong is not really grounds for action.

Comment by Joannie on September 13, 2008 at 10:56am: In the meantime, maybe we as welcome wagoners, need to let these people know that if they aren't doodle owners or future owners, there's nothing here for them. I was thinking we should make members show pics of their doodles, but then thought we might get some inappropriate pics.

Comment by Joannie on September 13, 2008 at 10:51am: I think we just need to have a caveat for people who join to make is clear what Doodles are and that the site is only for Doodle owners. Most of these types aren't looking for our tame type of sites.
