I think it is a great idea for those who might not have many to send, but I for one have already have about 100 cards to send, so would not want any more.

I am just going to post our family Christmas card (which always includes pets) on the site for all to see!

I think it is a Great Idea Adina! Our Christmas cards are always the pups, and I would love to have a wall of doodles every Christmas :)

I started alphabetically, this way I can remember where I stopped and pick it up from there. It would be nice to be able to search by city or state.

WELCOME to the Welcoming Committee...teehee!

We have a lot of "older" members (as in time of joining the site) who are not as active and I don't know if they are just not "active types" who prefer to lurk or shy or forgot about us or just need a little encouragement and love to return...but you might want to visit them.

And "visit" can mean: comment on their page, send them a private message if you think their not here often enough to check their page, or comment on their pictures that you like. Pictures don't get nearly as many comments with our setup as with others because there are so many. LOTS of people look, but nobody really can FEEL it until someone says something nice about a great pic =)

Maybe someone doesn't know about a group they could join.
Maybe you notice a bunch of people all from a certain state without a group...let me know and I'll try to connect them or check with them to see if they'd like to form a group.

There are some people who truly prefer to lurk...or just be part of a directory and not be active. That's okay too...so I don't want to be pushy either. I just want to encourage participation--sometimes that's all a person needs a little "hello" from a sincere friendly face =)

And DO NOT overwork yourselves =) By that I just mean I want this to be sincere and not feel like a job or anything you get "burned out" on. You don't have to work through 15 people all in one swoop!

Look for people you might have something in common with or have a cute doodle (well that's everyone!LOL) or whatever sparks your interest!

It is always nice to "meet and greet" people. I liked when I got started.
