About Me:: My husband and moved to WA from OH in April this year and got married just a few weeks ago (October 2009). We are both therapists (he's a psychologist and I'm a clinical social worker) and in our free time we enjoy all things outdoors-hiking, biking, camping, kayaking, etc.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: We just adopted a Comfort Doodle (trademarked by Doodle Quest, in KY) puppy and are expecting him to come home to us within the first 2 weeks in December. He is 75% Golden Retriever & 24% poodle, will weight approx 20-25 lbs when full-grown and was bred for the Golden Retriever qualities.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: Qualities: temperment, size, looks, plus we fell in love as soon as we saw pics! We have friends with doodles and we love them!

Good luck in your search for a mini Goldendoodle. As someone else suggested try IDog.biz but mini Goldendoodles are rare and mini Goldendoodles in the rescue network are likely to be even rarer.

If you are looking for a Goldendoodle specifically for color you might try searching IDOG for mini Australian Labradoodles as well.

Good luck in your search for the right mini doodle for you! Be sure to place an application with IDOG.biz as well as other rescue groups so they have you on file when a mini comes in. Minis are far less common than standards in rescue, but that doesn't mean they don't occasionally pop up.
