- What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
- Augustus "Gus" is a 3 year old, 80+ lb possible labradoodle that I rescued from the Greater Birmingham Humane Society at 5 months. I can hardly believe someone dumped him at the shelter 3 days prior. Since then, we have welcomed Tia, a long haired chihuahua rescued from a puppy mill. You should see the looks we get!

- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- The truth is that I wasn't actually looking to adopt for myself. But, when I saw that scruffy puppy through the glass, I knew he was mine.
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- Snuggle, swim, go to the dog park to play!
- Does your doodle(s) shed?
- A little bit but nothing major
- Who grooms your doodle(s)?
- I have his body clipped in the summer but in the winter it's full and scruffy!

We live in Leeds. We have a Goldendoodle (5 mos). Wish there was a dog park around (there is a group trying to raise the cash but nothing yet). I love the "royal look" of your dood!
It is truly upsetting to realize how irresponsible some people can be when it comes to these wonderful pets who give nothing but love. The other problem that is very prevalent is that some doodles DO shed. People buy them then find out that they shed (some) and then just dump them off. Really makes you want to cry! Glad to meet you and have fun here, and keep in touch.

Your dood and dog are adorable! Tia is soooooooooooooo cute and Gus has that typical doodle face that says "love me more." Welcome. My doodle Tully is the first dog I've ever had that didn't come from a rescue.
We are in Alexandria........about 55 minutes from B'ham! We got our Millie from a breeder in Springville! I love your doodles colors! Would love to have a doodle romp some day!! Are there any parks in B'ham that allow dogs to go with us and play! would be fun!
