Some of you may remember that Webber and Seda took part in the studies at the Duke Cognition Center. The book, The Genius of Dogs (How Dogs Are Smarter than You Think), by Brian Hare, came out of…Continue

Today I brought home my first short-term foster baby for DRC. His name is Baxter and he is 16 weeks old. He is chalk in color, has a silky soft fleece coat, a black nose and he is a first generation Goldendoodle. Subaru sponsored a dog show today and I took Webber. Out of aproximately 50 dogs, he got into the final five. There was an absolutely adorable Goldendoodle there that I couldn't stop watching...he was so cute! The prizes were $150.00 gift certificates to Target for two winners; Best in Show and Most P…

Enjoyed looking at your pictures.
Sorry, just saw this. Yes we made it back safe and sound. You are right though there have been a lot of avalanches this year because of all the snow.
Where is he moving? That just means you have to come and bring the doodles for a visit!!!
Have a great day!
Webber should be a "cruise director" LOL. Any therapy ops for that, haha.
Thanks, we are so excited to meet Ovie and bring her home! :) I'm sure we will find Doodle Kisses very resourceful.
Newfoundland IS a beautiful place. I'm sure I will take tons of photos of Ovie for you guys to see! :)
P.S. I love your new page decoration. I cannot believe how beautiful Seda turned out to be. I knew she was a pretty pup, but wow! she is extraordinary.
You know, I have always ridden short distances on the back of the bike but was really terrified of going on the freeway or at high speeds. I thought I just would not be able to go on trips. It turns out that I LOVE it. You really see, smell, 'feel' the places you are traveling through and I adore taking pictures as we go along. I take about 4 times as many as I end up with, but some are really keepers and I am always so surprised because my camera is an older point and shoot and we are going on some bumpy roads. We have a new member and when I was introduced to him, he said, "Oh I heard all about you even before I joined the club." Scary.....
