I have done a really bad thing. I trimmed Neely's Man area. He has not left it alone since. He has it black and blue and soaking wet. We have put a diaper on him and the tip of his doodle do do sticks out enough to get at it. We have tried putting Lanacane anti itch cream on it. Apparently that tastes great! He has a thing for lotions to begin with. He loves to lick it off while your lathering up your feet! So we tried sprinkling it with gold bonds power. That just makes a sticky white paste…

Being the parent of a teenage doodle is hard sometimes. What are we to do with them. Last week the real son took Neely over to a friends house to play. Just for a few hours in the day. Neelys friend Jessie lives there. They love to play. Jessie's yard is covered in cedar trees. So they played outside in the snow and in around the trees. He came home a mess! He had half a tree imbedded into his fur! Not to mention that dog slobber acts like gel and fuses the tree bits into the fur… Continue
