I think Mother Nature is just mean but Quincy was tickled pink at what we found when we went outside this morning. I was a little confused, it looked more like Christmas than Easter. Three inches of snow blanketed the ground and while it looked nice and clean, enough already. Quincy had a great time playing in it and offered no complaints. Tomorrow marks our two year doodleversary. It's hard to believe it's been two years since Quincydoodle came into our lives, the time has gone by so fast. It took me two years of research and showing DH millions of cute puppy pictures to finally get him to agree to getting a dog. This has nothing at all to do with dogs but is such a cute and true story that happened to a friend of mine a few years ago.
My friend went out one evening leaving her young son at home with her DH. While she was out her DH spotted a mouse and like the good husband he was, he did his very best to catch it before his wife came home. The wind howls loudly and snow flurries move sideways across my window panes, a fire flickers softly in the fire place.
