Today is Quincy's second birthday. Our rescue group received a mother (Maltese-Mix) and a litter of four puppies from a woman who said that she rescued them from an abusive home.  She told us that she wanted the mother but would surrender the puppies to us and we could have the mom as long as the puppies needed her.
