Sue, Lola, Pongo & Hubby's Blog – June 2011 Archive (3)

Yesterday evening, I walked outside to see what Lola was up to, and she was hunched over something at the back fence. Thinking it was poop,  I screamed "leave it!". Poop would have been GREAT compared to what I found. A little black bird, laying there, looking like it was hyperventilating. Absolutely horrified, I pointed at the back door of the house, and told Lola "MOVE". So Lola got her summer cut today, she looks ADORABLE!!

She has a routine when she gets home from the groomers....lap up about 1/2 bowl of water, and go to the backyard and investigate - you never know what/who's been there since this morning!

5:30am: Lola's worked up barking at something out the front window downstairs.....she stops, I (eventually) fall back to sleep

6:15am: daily wake-up "whine" from Lola directly in our faces......"Come on guys...gotta pee, and I'm hungry!"
