It's not rare for me to receive emails from dog owners whose Labradoodle of 7 to 12 months old has felted.

Some will then claim that the fur was tangle-free to start with, until the moment they left their Doodle with someone else for a few days where suddenly the fur coat ended up felted.

Now, that's impossible.

My puppy's litter was born on Thursday.  They are Australian Labradoodles and are 2 boys and 4 girls. 

I am the third in line to pick and had kind of been freaking out because I've always been dead set on getting a boy, not for any real reason- just what I've always had.  After allowing myself to settle down, I realized that I'd be totally happy with a girl and have gotten myself settled and excited about the opportunity to have a puppy of either…

We have had Sophie now for 10 months and I love her to pieces! She has brought such happiness and joy to the everyday, that I can't seem to remember what it was like without her in the house. She is smart, inquisitive, sensitive and social like no other animal I have met.

My niece and great nephew made another visit to see and interact with the puppies, who are now 4 weeks old.  What a difference just one week makes!  Wow!  This post shows the growth of lime boy.   (If interested, I posted pictures of all the puppies on my page yesterday)  I live 4 hours away and my niece is within a few miles of the puppies. When I first got Fudge and then Vern, I thought I was just getting two dogs.  I had no idea that these two Doodles would open up a whole new world to us and help us make friends from all around the world.  I seriously think I have a Doodle friend in almost every state in the US and I know I have a wonderful friend from Ireland.  Well, I am now here to tell you that I have two wonderful friends in Newfoundland, Canada, and there is a dog there that I dearly love.
