Mmmmm.....FRITOS!

Throughout my time here on DK I've been hearing about doodle paws smelling like fritos. Whopper definitely doesn't have Frito smelling paws. I've also never met any doodles (or at least smelled the paws) of ones with Frito paws. So, needless to say, I was really beginning to question whether they do in fact exist. Well...they do! Simba, our new addition, has FRITO paws. I even had my husband smell them to make sure I wasn't nuts. Simba must think we are both nuts as we now sometimes call him…

Life with Two Doodles!

We have now had Simba for just over a week! Today he is actually 16 weeks and about 22 pounds. He and Whopper have become very attached and it is so much fun watching them play. She gets very upset when he has to be put in his crate but she is always right there leading the way when it's time to let him out. We are having good and bad days with potty training. He went 36 hours with no accidents and then the next day had 2 so potty training will remain a work in progress. Whopper loves going out… Continue

Simba is a Great Little Brother!

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to update you and let you know that Simba got here pretty late last night. My mom took me outside to meet him and I was so excited. When he finally came inside we got right to playing. I know he was happy too because his tail just kept wagging. We shared toys, we shared my bed for a little, and we just had so much fun. When it was bedtime he got put in this big crate.
