Not only does Doggiefood.com have free shipping over $100 but now they carry Fromm's. What's a doodle feeder to do, so many choices and only one backup bag of food on hand. Well, it's true the doods can still eat for weeks on end since I just opened a bag of Acana today.

Internet Pricing.

I don't know how I lived more than half of my life without access to the internet. But there are drawbacks like inaccurate information, spam etc. The price differential between sites boggles my mind, however. I was just looking at a travel guide book. From $7.65 to $73. Caveat emptor.

Sad News About My Vet

I just found out tonight that my veterinarian has metastatic pancreatic cancer. She is a young, caring and wonderful vet. She has four kids under the age of 13. Full of life and enthusiasm, she exudes good cheer whenever you see her. She ran a marathon in November. I am so saddened by this news. I can't even begin to make sense of this.

Uvula?

I was at the dentist the other day and thinking about gagging. It occurred to me that my dogs don't gag, even when I put pills so far back on their tongues I'm practically touching their stomachs. So I wondered if they have a uvula. It is a fleshy piece of soft tissue that hangs down from the soft palate and it is for many people one of the culprits that cause gagging when touched. Waterers

I found the attachments that allow you to convert a soda bottle for dogs to "lick" from the bottle at bed and bath today for just under $7. I haven't tried it yet but it should work I think and then you wouldn't need to carry a bowl.

So far we have had one gorgeous submission for this month (and none that are not gorgeous). I know I'm guilty of not doing an assignment too but I will try to get one soon.
