Oh what an evening I had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On my drive home from work all I could think about was "It's Gus' bath night." Brushed him throughly last night and more during lunch in preparation for his bath. Don't get me wrong Gus loves his baths it's me the "procrastinator" that can think of any excuse to postpone "the bath." When I arrived home on my doorstep was........

I was so excited! Ran into the house and opened it is a lot bigger then I thought it would be. Was ready to run out into the backyard and set it up, but I controlled myself. Gus bath, Gus bath........... While I was bathing Gus I realized my U.P.S.

guy now knows I'm insane "a Doggie Doo Drain?" Got Gus bathed, not dried but bathed, ran in the house grabbed my Doo Drain and installed it! Such excitement! Found some poop and tried it out, poor Gus was dumbfounded he still can't figure it out. He does "poop patrol" with me, this time there was no bag.

Yes, my daughters right I do need to "get a life!"

Cute photo! Gus looks very clean! I'm jealous, I wish I could have a Doggie Doo Drain. We're on a septic system, and most of the time when I scoop I also get dirt, leaves, gravel, whatever along with the poop, so I'd be nervous about installing one of these, especially with two dogs. Let us know how it works for you! BTW, my Gus also goes with me on scoop missions.

Fun photo of Gus looking at the Doggie Doo Drain.... The UPS worker probably thought... wow, that is cool, maybe I should get one for my dogs. I have seen these and wondered about them. Shelby also likes to do poop patrol with me in the yard!

This is really cute, I know some dogs would go back and try and eat the thing if they could thinking its a new toy for them...but main thing keep us posted on how well it works, and in the winter time if your in a snowy state..lol.
