A bit deaf and doesn't see too well

But Lacey, a 14-year old. 4-pound Foster Maltese has found a new home. Her owner passed away and she had no one to take care of her. A wonderful family has adopted her and will care for her for the rest of her life. They have a older mother living with them who had just lost her dog. Lacey and the mom will make a great pair. This is a win-win situation. And if Lacey outlives the mom, she will still have a home with the family...

BTW, we had a full vet exam including a comprehensive blood panel and litle old Lacey was deemed perfectly healthy by our vet.

Comment by Richard Crowe on June 5, 2013 at 9:47am: We had another darling dog find an absolutely perfect home over the weekend. Chelsea is a year-old Maltese-Poodle mix who is very outgoing and extremely playful. She loves other dogs and absolutely loves kids.

She will share her new home with a young Yorkshire Terrier and another Maltipoo plus two kids eleven and twelve years old. When Chelsea met her new dog family, it was love at first sight. The three dogs began playing together and didn't stop until the kids took the three dogs for a walk in their neighborhood to show off Chelsea to their friends.

When Chelsea began the walk, she didn't even look back at us. That is the kind of adoption we absolutely love!
