Does your dood smell your car?

Every time I let Monty into the garage, he smells over the entire car. Down along the bottom and especially the tires.  It's like he is trying to determine where we have been.. If we come back from a restaurant, he smells our mouths! Does your doodle do this?  I've never had a dog that acts this way.

ha! unless they catch a wiff as they go flying into the back with one leap, I doubt they smell anything but their own excitement of going for a car ride.

THey smell others cars when they stop or open doors in the driveway, but mine is probably as familiar as their own bed!

Shelby smells the car (glad to know it's not just my doodle who does this)..... and tries to smell my mouth after anything I've eaten at home or out!   Sometimes she'll even smell the bottoms of my shoes!

My guys don't smell the car, but we get sniffed from top to bottom when we come home.  If we've been around another dog, the sniffing gets pretty intense.

Bodi always smells our mouths to see if he has missed something!  He also does this when we come out of Hallmark - so I guess he doesn't have a clue what we are doing "inside", but he wants to check it out!

Neely has smelled the car on occasion, it is funny when he does it as he will run and great then its like stop spin and return as if it just poked him some how, then he will do the sniff. It happens alot if we go where another dog lives. He has a really good sniffer more so obvious than I have ever seen with other dogs.

Trav doesn't smell the car--but he checks me out if I've been outside or gone for a while.  That is, after all the dancing around and grabbing a toy in case I want to play chase the second I get in the door.  :)  He also checks to see what anybody has been eating, which always makes me giggle.  There's that wiggly nose about an inch away from my mouth...

Sadly no, Zach still gets car sick, and looks at the car and looks at me with that sad face that says do I really need to get into that rolling torture chamber again :-(

NOPE! Chloe is so excited to get IN the car I barely can open the door before she jumps in!!! My doodles do sniff eachother's mouths everytime they were apart to see if they got a treat and the other didn't!

Cubbie likes to smell my hair when I come home from being away for a while especially after a business trip or vacation.
