Happy Belated Birthday Sheba and Duke!

I can't believe my babies are both 3 years old now!  Sheba turned 3 on Christmas Day and Duke turned 3 on March 15th.  Time sure flies.  I can't imagine my life without them!  Sheba has turned into such a wonderful, loving, sweet and well behaved little girl and is always my foster dog baby sitter.  Duke is Duke.  What can I say?  He is a big lover and the goofiest dog I've ever had.  Both of them have added so much love and laughter to our lives.  : )

Here is how Sheba spent her birthday....

This is how we celebrated Duke's Birthday.  Sheba discovered the joy of fishing.

Duke tried fishing too after following Sheba's lead.  He fell in...I knew he would!  lol

Here he is attempting to get back on the dock.  Of course Duke can't do things the easiest or the safest way.

 After a few attempts he finally he gave up and swam to shore so he could bolt back onto the dock.

Back to fishing...This time he didn't fall in.  I learned on this fishing expedition to sit on the dock or hang onto one of the posts as Duke gets so excited and has come close to knocking each and every one of us off the dock, numerous times!  He's such a wild man.  : )

We finished up the day with a leisurely boat ride.  This was their first boat ride and they loved it. Duke was for once

better behaved than Sheba was.  He was very calm, Sheba on the other hand was too busy trying to 

reach over the side of the boat to catch fish.  Glad I was with Duke.  DH had some rough seas with Sheba.

Happy Happy Birthday to Duke and Sheba!!!!  I would say your new home with that big backyard and your own pond was a great Bday present this past year :)  Buddy and Kona are jealous, they look forward to meeting up again.....  So does their Mom.

Joanne, it will be great to see you today! I can't wait! Sheba and Duke need to blow off some steam and will enjoy romping with Spud and Sweetie. I do feel sorry for my cousin though as she is at the dentist for a follow up visit. She had a root canal done. No fun!!

Thanks to everyone! A couple of you asked if the pond is ours. Yes it is. Since it has warmed up outside it's hard to keep Sheba out of it especially since she has discovered the fish.
