Labradoodle & Goldendoodle Forum
With the new year getting started an all our talk about resolutions.... I thought it was time to add a fun twist.... it's time to channel your doodle....
If your doodle has/had a New Year's Resolution, what would it be?
Shelby's resolutions:
1. More play time with Doodle friends....
2. More time playing fetch
3. More time playing/swimming at the dog park!
4. Walks that I can smell everything I want as long as I want!
5. (this one is for my mom).... To listen better when I am fiesty... you know, those moments when you seem to forget all your training!
Do tell.... what's on your Doodle's list?

Shelby you just need more kids around and sloppier parents! Then the food will flow readily =)
Both my doodles have decided to continue their old resolution which is to see what they can get away with : )
:o) I like that.... ~ Shelby!
Happy New Year everyone...
I have a few resolutions that I will be working on. I am trying to convince my mom and dad that I will be good and can sleep out of my crate. I don't mind sleeping in "my room" at all but now that I am getting bigger, I really like to stretch out when I sleep. I love having my cute little dodle belly looking up to the sky.
I go to school every Saturday and there is this man named Wally the Trainer. He says I have potential..I want to show him that "this doodle can do it"! It would make my mom really happy too!
I also want to meet some "doodle friends' here in jacksonville so my mom created this thing call a Facebook page so she can find me some new friends like me to play with..
So, as you can tell I have a lot of stuff on my "to do list" ( what ever that is) for 2012....
Looks like I will be busy!!!
Bailey... Be good and maybe just maybe you'll get to sleep outside of your crate. My mom started letting me do it around 5 months. I have no doubt you will WOW Wally the trainer! Hope you find lots of doodle friends.... my mom searched DK for people in our area and wrote them all. Now I have several doodle friends!!! You are going to be a busy dood!
If you are ever in the Orlando area and want a new doodle friend to play with just let us know!
Lyric--to try to stay out of the MUD on the yard so I don't have to have my feet washed 8 times a day (Mud season is endless this year--where is winter?)
Mattie--to get to the food that falls to the floor faster--Rio is getting too fast and beating me to it! Oh, and I have to work on my dishwasher skills too--I am licing the plates too slowly and mom closes the dishwasher before i finish!
Rio--I have to try not to growl at my mom and aunt Mattie when they want to share bones and toys with me--Mom doesn't like it. And I have to stop barking so much! Mom says she will put the bark collar on me--I hate that thing!
Lyric.... It is hard to resist the mud isn't it. If you figure out how to resist the fun, please let me know! I, too, love the mud, but hate the paw bath!
Mattie... Good luck on your training... daily zoomies may help your speed! Never knew you could lick the dishes in the dishwasher... I must try this!
Rio... Sharing is hard, but you CAN do it. You mom will make sure you don't get taken advantage of by Lyric and Mattie. Give it a try... it's not so bad.
I am thinking Bexter's wish would be...
1. That I quit my job so I can be a full time stay at home mom (if only I could win the lottery...)
2. Hopefully he is wishing for a baby doodle sister! (That's one of my wishes anyway...)
3. All you can eat fluff out of every comforter we own. (My wish is that I can figure a way to stop him from doing that!)
Bexter.... I would love #1 too! My mom works too much... IMDO (in my doodle opinion)
Roo - well I am perfect, so I am not sure what resolutions are all about.
Tigger - Roo, resolutions are things we want more of, so I want more of everything: food, treats, paper, new toys, walks, adventures, belly rubs. Oh, but less grooming of any kind, unless it is simultaneous with unlimited treats.
Roo- Tigger, resolutions are things you promise to do, like not steal socks, or share the bed better. You need to come immediately when Mom calls, you need to wait, always, until Mom says okay. See what I mean?
Tigger - like you're so perfect.
Roo - exactly, like I said. But I could make a nice list for you, if you want me too.
Tigger -grrrr...
Roo & Tigger.... you are too funny!
