I just wanted to take this time to send a BIG THANKYOU to all of you "Hopeless Doodle Addicts", and countless others who have shared their knowledge about Doodles, Best Toys, Training Tips, Health Issues, etc.  I visit this page at least once per day and I have learned so much.  Thanks for paying it forward--My future puppy thanks you to :)

Rodney, Paloma (Mom Doodle of Berkshire Hills Labradoodles) delivered 7 pups on 4/23:  1 male chocolate chunk and 6 females (1 chocolate, 1 red, 1 apricot, 1 creme, and 2 black).  Visitation is on 6/8 and pickup is 6/23.  My gender preference is male because I've only had male dogs in the past but I am open to a female as well.  Breeder determines placement based on temperament, best fit for family/individual so I have no idea which pup will be mine.  So excited!!

Hey Adrienne.  I am also a "Doodle Admirer" and also have a long way to go.  :)  When are you expecting to get your Doodle?  I don't know how you are handling the long wait.  I would be going crazy!

I get to visit him/her on June 8, 2013 and the pick-up date is June 23rd--it can't get here fast enough.  And, yes, I AM GOING CRAZY, LOL.

Yes, but it's a very fun and exciting journey getting there. You are lucky to have found the site before you even have your doodle. I did as well, about 6 months before I got him, and I felt so prepared for his arrival. I actually even found my wonderful breeder through the Recommended Breeders Group. So I owe it ALLLLLLL to DK!

It is so true!  This site offers really good advice from really dedicated doodle moms & dads and the added bonus is that it is highly entertaining and funny to boot! I am a "Doodle Admirer" and working hard toward loftier standing!
