First trip to the groomers!

I just dropped off our little guy - it was hard leaving him!!

I spent 5-10 minutes chatting with the groomer as she played with him. We're just going a sanitary cut, ear cleaning (and plucking), nail clipping, and clean up around his eyes.

She laid down a bed for him and gave him a new toy!

I tried to remain confident and happy so that he would be less afraid. Tough to leave him there!

I'll be uploading some pictures after I get him back :)

Ahh, he's so cute! You were wise in getting him accustomed to the groomer so early. Grooming is something doodles (most anyway) will need to become accustomed to on a regular basis, and the sooner you can get them comfortable with the process the better.

Yeah, that's kind of what I figured. We handle him a lot and brush him daily-anything to help in the future.

He's a little over dramatic when it comes to cleaning his ears, so it was nice to have a pro do that. I would really like to groom him in the future, but I don't mind handing him off for now :)
