Anyone tried this?  I am now using a hose and then towel to dry- wondering if paw plunger is a gimmick and I should just continue with hose and towel.  My house is just getting trashed from muddy paws!  Any input is appreciated- thanks!

A friend of mine bought one. What a waste of money. You still have to use a towel when your done. A bucket/ or pan of water does the same thing.

I bought the large one & thought it worked pretty well…my husband hated it & gave it away.  It's kind of sloppy when the dog resists putting their foot into it & you still have to wipe their paws.  Dunking their paws in a bowl of warm water & towel drying works just as well.

I love mine!!!! at least this wont spill over as easily, I have the xl size and once filled its pretty heavy..also it has bristles inside so that kind of knocks off any dirt and sand.. and I just squeeze his paw on the way out and dry just a little.. I love it really...

I buy large packets of baby wipes and use them to clean paw pads when muddy dogs come back in several times a day. I but the cheapest ones possible and then have an old towel to dry. I leave the mud on the hair to dry itself and brush it out later. Both dogs wait for their paws to be wiped and lift them for me (for a treat, of course!) I find this works the best.

Reat discussion! And just in time too! Jake and brisby must have had a mud fight outside this morning. I just use a wet towel but would like to find something better.

I have one and don't really care for it. I thought it was a chore to kind of push their paws through the hole on top and they didn't like it either. I just take a really large plastic mug we have here and fill it with warm water and stick their paws in one at a time. We lay a towel down first and I have a towel for drying. Mud season hasn't hit yet, can't wait. lol

We love the paw plunger twice as much since we doubled our doodles, just easier for us to plunge them and lay the girls on a towel for a few minutes.  The bonus with the plunger is the brush inside that helps pull the dirt off their legs

I bought one last season, but for some reason, never used it. Mud season is headed this way, so will test it out soon.  Sure sounds like a clever idea!

I was curious so I looked this up, I'm pretty sure Luna would be afraid of it.   I used sensitive skin baby wipes and it seems to do the trick just fine.  Luna doesn't mind at all.

I bought one a couple years ago, and used it a total of ONE time! Total waste of money if you really want to get your dog's paws clean. We have several different methods of cleaning paws here, depending on the dirt/mud level. Wet wipes for light dirt and a walk-in shower with a hand held shower head (on the ground level floor) for really muddy paws. Its pretty quick and gets the job done.

Have to say that we love ours. You do need a towel as you're putting paws in water:). There are little brushes in there which help get the dirt off. We have 3 doodles and even the one who hates getting his feet wet doesn't mind it
