Sherri, I am right there with you. I am fine and then I just burst into tears. Karen and Jack have been the glue that holds so much of DK together. Karen's hard-fought wisdom has benefited everyone on this forum. I know every time I post, I can count on wise words from Karen, help and hope. How could we all love Jack so much? We love him so much because Karen has made him known to us, and we love her. I am heartbroken. I cannot imagine how hard this is on her. I think losing a pet is one of the hardest things we do. They love us so unconditionally. Jack was our hero as Karen nursed him through many difficult times. It is a huge loss for this whole community.

Karen, I am so, so very sorry!  Jack was the most loved dog I know - not only by you but by all of us!!!  I am heartbroken and cannot imagine your pain and honestly do not know what to say - except that you are in our thoughts and hearts!  I know that Jack is counting on all of us to give our doodles the same love and devotion that he got from you.  Hugs and more hugs!!!
