Fleas!!!! Does the cold kill them?

I am losing my mind, as most of you know I got Riley just over 2 weeks now. I was first & still dealing with parasites that Riley shared with Duffy and they are on the second round of Meds. I am dealing with Riley & his potty training issues & now FLEAS!!!!!!!. When Duffy went for his first haircut the groomer informed me he has fleas he did have Frontline & Riley had Revolution treatments. Well, it's time to take the annual christmas picture, the kids & I were thrilled because this year we have 2 new pups to include. Well Duffy's hair grew very long so I wanted him to look nice for the picture I had Hubby take him for his first haircut & I gave him the print out from this site which he gave to the groomer & I gave instructions over the phone that I didn't want it too short.
