I use a Mac, but I've used Photoshop on Mac and PC, apart from the occasional key differences etc, it's as easy to use on both. When I do my little speech bubble lesson over the weekend, I'll try and cover both PC and Mac keys. I use Photoshop CS3, not upgraded to CS4 yet, but for what I'm going to show you, I'm sure it will be the same, it's very basic stuff.

Sandy B< Photoshop comes in both flavors, MAC and PC. I had a MAC, untill a spilled coca-cola put it out of commision, so I have to sneak my DK time on company time. If you really want a MAC, get a refurb at apple.com. They have the same 1 year warranty as a new one, but at sometimes 30% less.

Thanks, Kevin. I have Photoshop Elements 6. I'm just trying to learn it...doesn't seem all that user friendly. I've wanted to learn to do the speech bubbles, but I didn't find anything in the book or even on the help page.

For those using Photoshop are you on a Max or PC? I would love to have a Mac but doubt I can afford one :-(

There is a web picture hosting site called www.photobucket.com that many people use as a host to post pics on the web. It's a free site and they have some basic image editiing tools available, including speech bubbles.

I have a Sony DSC-F717...have had it for years...also have a Sony Cybershot, point and shoot....can't wait to get a new perspective on digital photography....use PhotoShop Elements for photo enhancement and digital scrapbooking.....sounds like it will be a great group....
