Hey Debbie, it was actually Adrianne that sent me the info initially as she knew I was in Canada. I wish I could take them but with two doodles, a full time job and a husband who works away from home I can' take on any more! So, get everyone involved that you can think of so we can try and save these two guys - you are right, one of them is a poodle.

OK...I hate to interfere but I just sent a msg to Jacquie Yorke the head of the Doodle Rescue Collective...I have heard that they rescue dogs all the time in Canada...time was short and you may have already contacted her. So great that you posted this Stella. Offered my help if she needs it although at this time I cannot adopt another dog. I just got out of the hospital after surgery ! Keep me posted if you hear of anything more. Looks like the first dog you posted is a poodle not a cross but he is sure cute!

Stella...have you contacted the DRG...I am sure they can find homes and foster homes for these dogs. Gosh...we just have to do something....I am sure they are as sweet as my dog and the thought of euthanization makes me sick to my stomach. Pls let me know. I am sure the DRG can help!!

Oh Stella, that is heartbreaking. Healthy dogs should just not be euthanized.

It was also mentioned in the discussion about the whole card thing in the main forum...

If you really want a Canadian group and can get agreement from a large group of Canadian members, then we can try it again. But I got the impression the group would be very small.
