Hi, Here's my first ever comment. My dog Chloe has a pink nose in the center surrounded by black. I sometimes call her Rudolph (as in the reindeer) for fun. I think it's cute and normal. Looks perfectly healthy. If you aren't sure, check with your vet.

My doodle is 4 yrs old and hasn't had a black nose for quite some time. It is all pinkish. It was only black when she was a puppy.

My puppy's nose changed from all black to a dark brown with black along the outside, somewhere around 6-7 months.

You can see it in a couple of the pictures on My Page. Especially the one of him by himself on the couch. It's just a few spots that aren't black like the rest of his nose. It doesn't seem to bother him but people are always asking what he's gotten into because it makes his nose look sort of dirty! Thanks for any help you can give me!!

Hello to you all! It seems no one writes comments anymore! At first I had a lot to say and a lot of questions for all my Fox Creek Farm buddies but it seemed no one responded so I just gave up!! I'll try again with a question for you all, does anyone's Doodle have a nose that looks like it peeled? My Harvey's nose for the last 5 (?) months has a few pale spots on it. I asked his groomer and she said not to worry unless it was cracked and bleeding so I haven't but I was just curious if anyone else had this happening. I'm hoping it's just something called "winter nose or is it snow nose" that I read about and that it will go away soon. Anyone have this problem? Thanks for any help from you guys!!

Nelson is from Honey and Tarzan! She is Roxie's sister. Hard to believe they are 7 yrs old already. Time flies. Are there others on this site from the same littler?

Hi. Toby is from Rosie and BamBam's litter from April 18, 2008. He too is a great dog, lots of energy, loves to be outside and loves to be with us. He too is a leash biter. We have a command "good walking" which means to stop biting the leash and he'll get a treat. Like Cody, he has has a few bouts of stomach upset, i think it's because he is a "counter-surfer",if we don't watch him, and can get into food that the kids leave on the counter. He also loves to dig holes underneath our fence and escape out into our neighborhood to frolic with anyone he can find. That's been a problem.
