I've never read any of Dean Koontz's fiction but I just read his memoir about Trixie - wow was I wreck afterwards. Read with caution.

I like the David Baldacci books. I only have two of the entire series left to read. Dan Brown is another favorite and Sandra Brown. When I read I don't want to have to get too heavy and think!!! Mysteries, intrigue and a bit of romance are what I like. Also, the legal and medical type books like Robin Cook and Gresham.
