Each harness comes with a restraint strap. Apparently I paid for something I did not get....I can deal with the company on that.

I went by the measurements and it seems like Lucca's chest is 27" and is 48lbs (on a diet tho:)) and Izzy's is 24" but she is only 10 months old and is 43 lbs. They suggest to add up to 4" for under 2 years old. All that being said... I believe they both should have the large. Does that make sense? If you agree I guess I can get the harness and both restraints from you and then just have to order a harness only from K-9?
