Just returned from the groomer... here's Lucy with her 1st Summer cut!

Lucy also has a bit of an apricot racing stripe running down her back. She gets her first professional Summer trim today so it will be interesting to see how her coloring AND curl tightness varies. Right now she's just one big fur ball :) I'm told her coat will get lighter and curlier as she matures, so we'll see. I'll post pics later so you can see her new doodle doo!

Hi Sally! My Australian Labradoodle Simon is cream w/apricot. I just got his hair trimmed shorter and that apricot racing stripe showed up. I've been told it does fade. :-)

Hi Everyone! Our little goldendoodle, Lucky will be 6 months soon and is developing an apricot "racing stripe" down the middle of her back. I suspect when she gets her first trim it will be more pronounced. Any cream with apricot stripes out there? I'd like to see a picture! :)
