Hi Jan! Welcome to Phoenix! :) We live on the Glendale/Peoria border which isn't too far from North Phoenix and use Apollo North Animal Hospital. We have Dr. Bennett and so far we haven't had any complaints with her. Sophie loves her. Luckily we haven't had to spend much time at the vet! We are still searching for a regular groomer as well so can't help you out there. If you ever want to have a play date, let us know!

Jake and I just moved to Phoenix last week. We have visited many times but now we're looking for a vet and groomer in north Phoenix. If anyone has any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate your ideas. Thank you!

I'm a new doodle owner of 2 weeks with a 4 month old named Maxwell.  I notice that the last posting is over a year old.  I'm looking to meet up with other doodle owners for play activity for Maxwell.  I live in the South Tempe/Far West Chandler area of metro Phoenix and would love to meet other doodle owners,  Anyone out there?

. Megan had CCL surgery on the 10th of January - she had a complete tear and is still recovering.  It is hard to know how well she is doing.  Sometimes she puts the foot down totally but limps - keeping her quiet is a chore.  Thankfully she has readjusted to her crate really well but there have bee OOPs moments when we turn our backs and she does something dumb.  She knows something is  wrong and is doing her doggy best.

Lisa, Go to our Arizona Doodle Romp Group and get all the details. But we meet the second sat. of each month at the Paseo Vista Dog Park in Chandler on the corner or Ocotillo and McQueen. Start at 8:00 am until the weather gets cold and then move up to 9:00am
We meet for about an hour or so and try to get a group picture that's always good for a few laughs.
Hope you can join us.

I've had about 31 responses on Meetup.com/Arizona-Doodle-Romp so far. 16 yes RSVP's and 11 Maybe RSVP's. 0 No's. Add that to the 16-18 others on here, altho some of you are also on the Meetup Group, we still should have a VERY nice turnout. Bring your camera's, lots of balls, bowls for water, and looks like TOWELS for the not so prissy ones...;o) If anyone is interested in the Toy Swap I mentioned awhile ago, let me know so I can bring a box to throw them all into. I was just thinking we can all pick out from it what we think our dog would like, or let them play with stuff and see what they pick. Remember, no stuffed toys and things that are easy to clean/sanitize. And just for everyone's comfort....please no tiny dogs.....I really am afraid it would be like a cattle stampede for some of the little ones.
