Anyone looking for a goldendoodle to adopt? Arizona Poodle Rescue has a 2 year old that looks like my Marlow. Her name is Fawn. Ron said no to adding another dog (two is enough he said). She is listed on Petfinder.com. Let's find her a home!

I know...lol. He lays in the water that drips off of us when we get out of the pool, but won't get in. He would love a nice mud puddle!

I know, Susan. Penny got hers yesterday and she told me that Marlow was coming in on Friday! Just keep him out of the mud! :-)

Yes, he was panting quite a bit. I need to take him and have him trimmed again. His hair has grown really fast. I think he will enjoy cooler weather much more...lol. (We went to Chaparral this morning.) I'll let you know next time I go! :)

Hey Susan, if you go super early again and want company, let me know. We're up at 5:30 this time of year. :-) But I hear ya - Penny gets her morning walk around 6 a.m., then comes inside and lays on the floor panting for about 30 minutes! LOL. She's definitely a cold weather doodle - the colder the better! I bet Marlow will be a "winter dog" too...

Ron, Marlow Lola and I went this morning at 7:30 and it was already 91 degrees. Pretty warm and not much shade for the dogs. Marlow needed to expend some energy and he ran and ran! Met two other doodles and talked to their owner before leaving after 30 minutes. Lola was ready to go and heading for the gate!

Doesn't mean we aren't smart enough to stay out of the heat when it is 112...lol
