I am not sure where Petco shops in Miami are located, but in Plantation they
offer self-serve bathing for $10.00. It includes the tub, shampoo, towels and dryer and I often am able to get conditioner. I always insist on the tubs being
sprayed with the disinfectant they use between dogs. ( this needs to be requested or they will just be too busy to bother). Definitly try to find one closer to you. The last time I used this one the tub leaked and I had to change tubs
as I was standing in a minor flood. Good luck!

We are trying to keep the Romps going in Ft. Lauderdale, there are some minor
logistics to work out, but hopefully this group will continue. Unfortunately, Jonni,
the organizer of the group is extremely busy this time of year and needs help which some of us are trying to do. At any rate, I will try to be at the Happy Tails
Dog Park, in Plantation, (Ft. Lauderdale) this coming Sunday at 10.00 .. Maybe some other people can meet there, too.

I'd appreciate any advice re: things to watch for w my doodle in Fla...OK,OK, I admit it...I'm worried about 'gators! You Floridians can laugh at me but I really am concerned about keeping Daisy safe and healthy while vacationing. Love the photo of the two black doodles in the pool...hope that will be her! We have a decent amount of Doodles out here and perhaps if the big park is busy we could use the medium park. We're pretty central to a lot of areas that don't have dog parks so maybe we could make it less formal and just try various times and see what works.
