Since Fozzy came with me, he has been going to the office with me. I finally started leaving Fozzy Bear at home for the first time yesterday, the first time in three months. It was a short day for me since I needed to have my water heater replaced. So, his first day he was home alone for 6 hours. Today, it will be for 8 hours.......gosh, I feel so bad. Well, we finally got home and picked up Fozzy Bear! I could not believe how much he had grown. He only put on a little over a pound, but he got so tall! When he saw us he just went CRAZY! I wish I would have had a video camera! It was SO FUNNY! He saw the boys first and just was a crazy licking and jumping machine, he kept trying to kiss thier faces jumping from boy to boy - back and forth! Well then he saw me and started going nuts! I have to say, I feel quite odd about what I am going to wrtie. Yea! Vacation is over!?!? And we get to see Fozzy Bear and Boomer. Honestly, I don't know if DK made it easier or harder to be away from our dogs. But I kept thinking about how big Fozzy must be getting, and how I hate to leave Boomer at his age......we watched Marley and Me over vacation and it hit home....... Yea! I can't wait to see the boys!

Yesterday, my Fozzy Bear turned 5 months old. And I wasn't there to celebrate with him. Nope, he was cuddling up with someone else. You see, back in the fall, when we planned on rescuing an older doodle, we figured (ok, I figured) it would take 6 months to a year to find a match. So I booked a flight for me and the boys to go visiting our family and friends over spring break. I had no idea we would rescue a newborn. So, here I am, in Phoenix, singing… Continue

Fozzy was totally fearless when he first came home. Then after about two weeks, he started to show some timidness towards people. He would back away from strangers, hide behind me etc. Then when I was at work, he started running away and hiding under my desk and give a liitle growl. Then it continued with the amount of growl continuing to grow. It happens at bome too. We were lucky enough to get six of the pups together. It was great! They seemed to gravitate to eachother, I really think they knew eachother! They really stuck with eachother. There were at least 6-8 other dogs besides ours at the play party and our guys really played mostly with eachother. It was so much fun. There was a white GD that was 14 mos, and it was huge! Well, today we get to go meet up with some of Fozzy Bears brothers and sisters! We ar excited to see how the puppies react to eachother! Fozzy has 7 brothers and 3 sisters. I know that one of his brothers went to Iowa. But maybe if we plan a summer romp, we will get everyone to show up. I think today, if everything works out, there will be eight of us! I hope to get some great pictures to post tonight!
