My choice was The Rosy Project by Graeme Simsion. Which is touted as Bill Gates' favorite novel and which he described as "profound". It introduces the world to Don Tillman, a socially inept…Continue

Finished the sixth book by Diana Galbaldon and have to admit that I don't know what I am going to do at 3:00 in the morning now. I have a habit of only sleeping about 5-6 hours and when I wake up I…Continue

i just finished the book The Glass Castle by Jeanette Walls... really good read :)
Sorry Lynda. The good thing is that there are tons of authors out there. We don't always like the same authors:) That's why we're all unique!!!:)
Half way through the book and I will finish it, but not my style. Too much violence for me. Someone else told me about the Eve Duncan series, but I don't want any more clarification. I'll cross off this author.
Lynda, you might need to read her earlier books first. The Eve Duncan series. It would clarify quite a bit. There are a lot of characters in Taking Eve that you would recognize if you read her other books.
I got Taking Eve by Iris Johansen, but am still a little confused by it. Nice dog element, but don't understand the characters and their relationship yet. 'I'll keep you informed as the story progresses.
Yes, well Kate seems to spend a lot of time setting up the story, but the ending is good. And I liked the Forgotten Garden even better.
Sara...just finished the Winter Sea and am now reading The Firebird. It's a continuation of the Winter Sea. LOVE LOVE LOVE them!!!
Loved the Book Thief! That is one I should read again.. Yesterday I just started The Winter Sea by Susanna Kearsley, and am liking it so far. I love historical fiction.:)
I read the Book Theif a few years ago... good.
I am reading a wonderful book right now called The Book Thief! I highly recommend it.
