We have a friend who had a 115 Golden Doodle.  I have also met and heard of many 90-100 lb. Doodles so you are just fine.  My Gracie Doodle is almost 5 and she is very tall and a very long body and is a GD f1 and weighs 70 lbs.  I love big Doodles. They are so much fun to hug and in bed I take her in my arms and spoon her!!!  Like a big body pillow!!!!  Would never think of a smaller Doodle!

Chester is 71Lbs at 9 months. We were at the dog park the other day- this woman was arguing with me about het kind of dog he is!!!

There must be something else mixed in with Poodle and Retriever- Golden Doodles don't get that big.

For Pete's sake- Her dog was a retriever and it was very small looking to me.

I love my big guy.

My big boy recently turned a year old and weighs 76lbs!    I planned to go to the Seattle doodle romp today but its raining so hard - ugh!   I wanted to see just "how big" he looks next to the other doodles.  I know he's a big boy but I don't think he looks any bigger than any goldenretriever walking down the street...but apparently he is.    My 3yo doodles weighs 66lbs.   I couldn't imagine our house without these 2 big dogs.  Fortunately, we have the space for them (except for on our king size bed...both dogs have decided like to lay up there.  This happened in the last 2 weeks.   There is SOME room but I seriously wonder if the bed will collapse?!

Thank you ladies! Your babies are beyond adorable. DK is going to make me want to have an entire house full of doodles! Bye bye kids....make room for doodles :-)

Terra, Max is just gorgeous! We also love our great big boy, 82 pounds. People always comment on how big he is. We've decided we are so lazy we need a big dog so we don't have to even bend over to pet him! Hahaha. Owen is only 66 pounds, but we love him just as much.

Hi Terra...

Welcome to the group!

We all just love our big guys and gals!!

So much more to cuddle...right?  Lol...

Sasha is 80ibs...and just had her well check up.

The Vet said her weight was just perfect...and at 21/2...we are so thankful that she hasn't had any health issues.

What a handsome boy your Max is...

Hi all! New to the group but excited to find I am not the only owner of a large doodle because wherever we go people comment on Max's size. I think he is the perfect size and I am hoping to get another big boy in the spring. Can't wait to read all about your fur babies!

@Julie, Actually we cut down on his meal size and he lost the weight pretty easily. We were quite surprised. I know what you mean about tripping on the little ones. We had a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel for 10 years and even though he was a love, we decided it's only big dogs for us.
