Hello Humans, and doodles!

I am going to tell you the story of how I became, The Fly Hunter!

We were in the living room watching AGT (I wish they had a DGT) I wasn't super interested, so I decided to take a nap.....zzzzzzz..... Then, all of a sudden, I see my humans waving their hands in the the air like they just don't care! (I watch tv too!) So I get up from the couch, and see this dot that flys. (I undrstand that you Humens call them flys??)…

I used to think parenting got easier as you got older and your kids matured, but I now think parenting gets harder.  Harder because they don’t have to listen to you anymore and my advice, which I always believe is stellar, is not always met with the appreciation and gratitude I think it deserves.  Hayley prefers to call John because she finds him less reactive and better at listening without commenting, all because, once or twice, I yelled out something like “NOT AGAIN!” when she said she…

Don't trust that spotted dog on Disney Channel with the blog... I will admit.. I liked him a little bit.. Until I found out he was a fony!

Anyway, don't trust him!  So after months of begging Sam to use the computer, she finally said yes!! Now, I can tell all the humans what the doodles really think.

Sam keeps saying something about a s-ee-ster and sceepdoodle. Whatever that means.. Well I am usually like things that I don't know about, so hopefully It fun!

Henson and I are in a two year training program for him to be my certified service dog, as I am disabled.  I was reluctant to get a dog from a breeder as I have always been into animal rescue and all my dogs were from rescue or shelter situations.  After interviewing for the training program, I understood the reasoning for finding a dog that would have healthy bloodlines as well as a perfect temperment for what I needed.  I picked Henson up at 7 weeks from the breeder and after a week was…

HELP, we are having a terrible time.  About three weeks ago our doodle came home from a walk with a cut tail.  Not sure how it happens, she plays every day with a lab (same age) and two more doodles.  They do get quite boisterous, but when she came into the house there was blood everywhere.  My husband took her to the vet and she had a four inch cut on her tail which required suturing and a dressing and cone applied.  I couldn't bare putting the plastic cone on her so I used an inflatable…

I am usualLy quite understanding of the practices of other cultures. HOWEVER THE KOREAN PRACTICE OF DOG BUTCHERY IS NOTHING BUT BARBAROUS!

We were asked to help 30 dogs.…

Yep, you read that right. We named our 7.5 week old goldendoodle puppy Cheddar. And the name really suits him. I drove with my brother and his wife for 5 hours from the breeder's home to our home. Cheddar threw up 3 times and peed once on my lap. But we survived :)

He perked up when we got home and loves the kids. It helps that he was raised in a home with lots of kids. Overall it has been a great start, I have been a bit stressed but Cheddar is transitioning well and loves playing…

I love my doodle.  She is the best thing to happen to our family.  I wouldn't trade her for the world... but she sure likes to keep us on our toes.  Kind of like my kids, she fits right in.  

We went on our first family vacation last month.  We stayed at my Aunt's beach house for a week with my brother and sister's families.  It was a really fun week.  I was super appreciative of the Doodle Kisses member who recommended the SleepyPod Sport Clickit harness for the car.  Molly didn't…
