I came across this on FaceBook today. When I saw that it was constructed of cardboard my initial thought was "Oh sure....this will last about 1 MINUTE!!!" But, on viewing the video it actually looks like something Banjo would really love! It's called "The Amazing Treat Machine". Check it out here -

All right...so maybe I'm in a little trouble...but Mom & Dad are staying home with ME tonite!!!!!

I have my parents totally trained! (ALMOST!) They always put their shoes away in the closet, they don't leave important papers (like their bills and stuff) laying around and they keep yummies way back on the kitchen counters. It looks like the heat wave that's hit the northeast has finally taken it's toll on Banjo. He's a pretty tolerant, laid back kinda guy but finding an empty water bowl this morning was apparently more than he could take. Ordinarily on finding his water bowl empty he'll gently tap it til someone comes along and fills it. If we're busy or delayed in responding he'll start rolling it to where ever we are. Today I decided that I just had to go to TJ Max and do a little shopping for myself. I haven't been shopping for myself in months - having been overcome with "puppy madness". Shopping is limited in our area and TJ MAX has always been not only convenient but my favorite place to shop for clothing, jewelry, handbags....you name it! So....today I was going to treat myself. Ok, so my boss was not up for me bringing Banjo into the office with me as I'd hoped he would be. I took the first week off and have been with Banjo 24/7 since he arrived. I only work 3, five hour days/week and today it was back to work for me. I carefully prepared a yummy stuffed Kong and put it in the freezer last night. Banjo comes home on Saturday! I'm just so darned excited.....BUT....I have to admit there is a little bit of anxiety to go along with the excitement. I'm so glad to have found the DK Site as it's been so informative! This is 9 week old Banjo! He's a mini-golden doodle. We haven't met in person yet...but I've fallen head over heels in love with him and am anxiously awaiting his arrival from WV this coming Tuesday. I feel like a kid at Christmas!!! I've combed the internet in search of puppy to adult pictures trying to get an idea of what Banjo will look like in a year or so. Any ideas…
