Try Target.  Usually a good selection there.  You may need to bring out your sewing machine to make a few changes.

Try TJ Maxx. I found two great costumes there in an XXL. Our Vern is huge and 100 pounds and they fit him.

I am looking for a Halloween costume large enough for Maxwell. He is only 82 lbs but his chest is way to thick to fit into an XL. Last year, I bought an XL tuxedo costume ford him and we couldn't even get it on. A friend of mine added a 6 inch panel to the back so it would fit his girth.
Does anyone know where I can find an XXL costume? I'm hoping for Superman this year....

My bog boy Finley is now 16 months old and weighs 88 lbs and is 28 inches at the shoulder! A big goofy lover boy!!!

Annie and Stephanie - my large doodles kept growing until about a year and a half.  Enjoy them at every age and it is a good idea to keep records.  Then when somebody else asks when their doodle will stop growing, you have the info to give them.  The old rule of thumb is take the 4-month weight, double it and add a little (5 -10 pounds) to get their adult weight.  So it sounds like you may have a heavyweight Stephanie.  Anyway he will be pretty close.

The standards usually reach their full adult height & length by 10 months, if not slightly before. However, they continue to gain lean muscle and bone mass well into their second year. Rigby is most likely going to be over 65 lbs by 18 months.

Weight update for Rigby:
8 weeks - 12 lbs
9 weeks - 14 lbs
10 weeks - 17lbs
11 weeks.- 19.5lbs
12 weeks - 21 lbs 17 in high at shoulder.
13 weeks- 22.6lbs
16 weeks - 30 lbs
6 months- 42lbs
7 months-52lbs and 23in. At the shoulder.

When do they slow down or stop growing?

Moose is probably done with his bone growth, meaning he will not get any taller or longer, but he will continue to gain muscle and bone mass for a few more months. 

JD was 14 months old when I adopted him and weighed 68 lbs. He weighed 78 by his second birthday.

We got our Moose from a private rescue group. He was 12 weeks old. He is now 11 months and just weighed in at 74 lbs. We are wondering when he will stop growing. What is your experience with your heavyweight?
