I found a really pretty park for Bailey and I to walk in the mornings.  A city park with paved walk ways under beautiful shaded trees that is only about 2 miles from my house.

So off we go to explore my new find...walking up the trail and we come around the bend ..I see two shadows on the edge of the woods...I take off my sunglasses and what do we have facing us but two wild pigs...

I gave Rooney a haircut.

What on earth has come over me? Add this to the list of things that will surely be brought up at my Intervention.  In 17 years of parenting I have never once entertained the idea of giving one of my children a haircut.  Even when my daughter wasn't sporting more than 25 hairs on her head, I still took her to a professional. And, you may not have heard, but there are professionals available and willing to give your dog a haircut.…

I have always loved dogs, but until recently, the situation did not allow me to have my own dog. I did not know what to expect and had no idea how much better life can be with a dog...let alone a DOODLE. Monty turned 2 in March and it got me contemplating about our two years together.
