To All You DKers in the Northeast

I just wanted to warn you all that this storm that's coming your way is really fierce. We had 3 feet of snow on the weekend, but even though this is less snow it is much worse. The winds are awful, we can barely get our front door open because of them. If you have anything outside that can blow away, you might want to bring it in or tie it down. Stay home, keep warm, and be safe!

Dog Park Addiction

Duncan is one lucky boy....I've become addicted to taking him to the dog park. He takes a long time to warm up there so we've been going for 2 hours a day. I am really falling behind with my work, my chores and my running....

Last Agility Lesson yesterday.

Well Riley and I finished 6 lessons on agility. He did good for a pup at nine months. Trainer wanted to know what I had planned for the future? Well, I will be going to back to work soon, and can not participate in future training because of time restrictions. I hope to retire in a year, and pick this up again. A reminder that she's an animal...

Yesterday, our guest dog Scout had a series of accidents, of both the pee and poop variety (she went to the vet this morning - she has a UTI, got some antibiotics, and she will be fine...poor little girl!). I evidently missed an area in the guest room where Scout had diarrhea, and only discovered it because Callie jumped in my lap and started lavishing my face with poop-scented kisses. Is Finn Special?

When I got Yankee, it was just him and I for almost 2 years. I played with him every day. Now I have Finn and I am wondering if he is special. He can't catch a ball!!!!!

What Are The Odds?

For several reasons today I was excused and sent home early! YEAH. Happily escaping through the parking lot I approach my husband's huge van when it occurred to me that the keys only fit the ignition not the door.

Luckily where I work they will break you in for free but it takes a good 45 mins some days. There I stand dejected for a good five minutes. So much for getting to leave early.

Doodle Days

Im sitting on my bed, after a tiring day at work, and my Goldendoodle Welly is snuggled up on my bed too. I never allowed dog's on my bed.... until I got Welly. We've been out on the beach in the dark with our newest toy - a glow in the dark bally. I never used to walk on the beach in the dark.... until I got Welly.

Hello all Doodle Lovers! My family is currently looking to purchase a doodle and would love some breeder recommendations!
