Holly barks at strangers entering our property; until we let her know that the strangers are welcome. However, her bark has always just been sort of a warning. It is simply a "Here I am and this is my house!" bark. Enough to warn off strangers but, certainly not ferocious.

Tara has been, from the beginning, a very sensitive girl when it comes to grooming. I started brushing her when she was tiny but it never went well. She squirmed and fought me and I had to play her into exhaustion so I could brush her after she fell asleep. Yesterday afternoon I was taking the dogs on their daily afternoon walk. It was HOT, I was tired and we were walking along the start of our greenway, which is adjacent to a very busy road. Two lanes, but still very busy. Peri's collar just came unsnapped - I had the leash and collar in my hand. 5 seconds felt like 5 minutes. My heart was about to leap out of my chest.

Two weeks ago on a Saturday it was pouring down rain and poor Coco had to go "do her business".
